  范文:
many students consider applying for job very important after graduation. they think it will affect their course of lives, their circle of friends, and even their choice of spouses in the future. the following are two suggestions that you should consider when looking for a job. first, you should have an awareness of yourself, your personal interests in particular. generally speaking, your interest supplies your motivation and energy for work. if you don't have any interest in the job, you are sure to be bored by it even if it is a highly paid one. second, you should have knowledge of the job itself. the job you are looking for should neither be beyond your reach nor should it be too easy. instead, it should bring your abilities into full play. going to work that is too difficult may only lead to frustration and failure. going to work that is too easy, however, will be a waste of your knowledge, and you will soon lose interest in it. besides, you should think of the prospect of the job. will you have a promising future if you take the job? do not be misled by the present salary it offers. think of its future development. it is important to weigh the immediate advantages against the long term prospects of the job.
at this point, it is always advisable that you turn to your parents, your teachers, and your friends for help if you cannot make the decision. they are the people who know you the best. you can also ask some job advisors for advice. they are usually experienced and can give you some valuable hints. of course, it is you who have to make the final decision.

The difficulties young Cnese university graduates have had in finding a job over the past few months have been making the headlines in the media and causing concern throughout society. Education professionals in Cna have all had sometng to about it. A good number of them, referring to the current phase of social transition in Cna, have come out in favour of the mass education programme that has been practised in recent years in Cnese universities. Others have raised doubts about the reliability of the figure of only 0% as the rate of employment for new graduates, wch they consider to be alarmist. In fact, according to the statistics provided by the Ministry of Education itself, out of the .1 million graduates in the general gher education sector in 00, 0,000 had not signed a work contract by the end of their studies In these circumstances, it is understandable that in the current labour market in Shanghai, for example, new university graduates are settling for a monthly salary of 1,00 yuan, slightly more than double Shanghai’s minimum wage, at the same time as they are having to face significant overheads (superannuation, unemployment insurance, health insurance, etc.). If we take into account the cost of living in Shanghai (including accommodation, transport and telecommunications), it would appear that the salary of these graduates is barely enough to cover their basic needs . The purpose of ts article is to better understand the current unemployment of young graduates, beyond any proposals being put forward in the context of gher education reform.

  下面是2014年英语四级写作必备范文:就业。
Directions: For this part you are allowed 30 minutes to write a composition on the topic Jobs for Graduates. You should write at least 120 words and base your composition on the outline below:
  大学生难找工作,
  原因很多,
  解决的办法。
Job hunting has always been a headache for college students. Though many graduates are employed right after graduation, some are not. Most serious of all, some still have no idea where to go working even a long time after graduation.
The reasons for this phenomenon are various. On the one hand, a few years ago colleges and universities enrolled so many students in popular majors, such as economy, finance and so on that the number of graduates was greater than the need in the market. On the other hand, most graduates would rather stay in large cities without suitable job to do than go to the country.
I reckon this problem can be solved if both colleges and students take measures. First, they should research the market and develop special skills to suit its need. Second, students’ attitude towards employment should be changed. They should go to small cities and country. There they can also give full play to their professional knowledge. In a word, if we pay much attention, the situation can be improved.

What Jobs Do College Graduates Want to Take?
It goes without saying that college students have a clear idea about their future occupation. Boys are to some extent different from girls in their choices as is seen from the table.
According to the table, the most striking contrast is in the occupation of teaching: 45% of girl students would like to become teachers after graduation whereas only 5% of boys would. What boys like to do most is to become managers (40%) and the second largest group is to be businessmen (30%). Girls also like to pursue these two professions, with a percentage of 15% and 25% respectively choosing these two jobs. 15% of boys want to become lawyers while 10% of girls prefer this profession.
It can be easily proved that teaching is preferred by females as it provides a more steady life. Women’s patience also fits the job well. Boys consider working as managers, businessmen and lawyers more demanding and exciting. It is true that more boys want to show their talents in these fields. One thing noteworthy is that the number of girls who want to do business is not small. This shows that girls want to take challenging and exciting jobs, too.
Nevertheless, no matter what job you choose, it could be a challenge. As for me, I like science and technology.
With the economic growth and social progress, professionals of science and technology will become more and more important. Therefore I will choose doing scientific research as my career.
