我之前的表达是：
My teacher suggest me keep a note book to collect all my wrong answers from exams and exercise
但是口语老师说这样表达老外听不懂，不地道，应该是：
My teacher suggest me keep a note book to write down all the wrong answer I gave in exams and exercise.

其实我觉得自己的比较直接，但老师的比较稳妥，想问一下怎么翻译最顺最舒服最地道？有更好的版本吗？
